To ensure complete customer satisfaction, customers may return undamaged pieces (with no sign of visible wear) within 30 days upon receiving their purchased items. Returned products will be assessed in order to apply the correct course of action. Any pieces that have traces of perfume, makeup, hand cream, etc. will not be accepted. All earrings and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Please keep in mind our products are mostly handmade in Montreal. If there are construction issues with your purchased item, please email us and we will gladly replace the item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be worn, damaged, or unsaleable.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and title the subject of your email “RETURN or EXCHANGE” followed by the order number.
Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs.
We offer Canada Post shipping with tracking. If regular post – no tracking is selected, ownership of packages turned over to Canada Post transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via Canada Post, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Canada Post. Tracked shipping is recommended for all orders.
